Terms

The plain terms for work with Electric Fig. Last updated 31 October 2026.

Prices and invoices

Every price on this site is plus 19% VAT. A website is €500 to build and €50 a month after that. Extras are priced on the pricing page and quoted before we start. Invoices are issued through Spitiko Property Services.

What the monthly fee covers

Hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, and changes to what is already on your pages. A new page or a new feature is priced from the menu.

Approval

Nothing is published for you until you have seen it and said yes.

What you own

Your domain is registered in your name, and you keep your content, photos and logo. If you leave, we hand everything over.

What we promise

We make your business easier to find on Google, in Maps and in AI answers. We cannot promise rankings or mentions, because Google and the AI assistants make those choices.
