Where we use it ourselves

We run this on our own holiday-rental business before we sell it to anyone. Both examples below use made-up names and numbers. A person approves anything that goes to a guest or an owner.

Owner statements, built for you

You drop in the month's income and the expenses. The tool we built turns them into a branded, itemised statement for each landlord, so nobody retypes figures into a spreadsheet. We check each one before it goes out.

Guest messages, drafted in your voice

Guests ask the same things all day: where to park, what the wifi is called, when check-in opens. The tool reads the message and the booking, writes a reply in your tone, and holds it for your approval. Nothing is sent to a guest until you say so.
